Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the website located at https://career.trymcq.org/ and the mobile application Career Finder available on the Google Play Store (collectively or individually referred to as the "Platform"), operated by Career Finder ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned completely upon your absolute acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, registerees, and others who access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound legally by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you possess no legal right to access the Platform.

1. Absolute Disclaimer on Career Guidance and Outcomes

No guarantee of employment, income, or certification validity

The Platform provides general algorithmic informational frameworks, mapping out speculative skills, paths, and requirements to achieve certain career milestones. Career Finder explicitly and forcefully disclaims any guarantee of employment, job placement, promotion, interview callbacks, hiring actions, salary tiers, or career success. Following the structural blueprints outlined on this Platform does not imply or ensure that any third-party company or recruitment system will evaluate, accept, or hire you.

2. Inherent AI Anomalies, Data Drift, and Reporting Obligations

Our infrastructure parses, structures, and synthesizes educational and corporate datasets utilizing third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, automated scripts, and Google data aggregators. You acknowledge and accept the following systemic risks:

AI Model Limitations & Hallucinations: Automated AI tools are prone to contextual errors, processing hallucinations, and inaccurate mappings. While human review is integrated to rectify and refine outputs, we do not declare that human oversight catches all machine variances.
Data Obsolescence (Data Drift): Industry requirements, technical syllabi, certificate validity, and corporate hiring criteria fluctuate dynamically. Information accurate at the time of aggregation may become entirely inaccurate, invalid, or obsolete over time.
Mandatory User Reporting: As an explicit condition of using this software, you agree that if you encounter an invalid, stale, or flawed data metric, you will hold Career Finder harmless and report the structural error immediately to [email protected].

3. Limited License & Intellectual Property Scraping Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to access the Platform solely for informational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Using automated data mining, bots, spiders, scrapers, or extraction mechanisms to extract curated datasets, quiz formulations, or mapped career roadmaps.
Reverse-engineering the mobile application binaries, layout modules, or server interaction logic.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdictional law, in no event shall Career Finder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these Terms Will be Zero.

5. Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms shall be settled by binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of law. You agree that you and Career Finder may bring claims against each other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

6. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Career Finder's operating body is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law clauses. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full effect.
